Kitinete Bar
This painting has been made at the Kitinete Bar, in Curitiba, Brazil. The bar takes as reference the "kitsch" style, and all the walls has been painted by different artists. The wall that I've painted is right in front of the stairs, yes it has been very hard painting at that spot. My inspiration from mystery tales and old drawings of opium houses remains. So, I draw a Chinese couple, the man holds a pipe and the woman makes him company. Besides my personal preference, I belive that this painting has a lot to do with the feeling that this the place passes to me. Thank's to Maggie for holding me on the ladder, helping me painting and for much, much patience with me.

Esta pintura foi feita no bar Kitinete, em Curitiba. O Bar se apropria de uma referência "kitsch" em sua decoração, onde todas as paredes foram pintadas por diferentes artistas. A parede a qual pintei fica de frente para a escada, sim foi bem difícil pintar ali. Continuando com a minha inspiração de contos de mistério e casas de ópio de desenhos antigos, eu pinto um casal chinês. O homem segura um cachimbo e a mulher lhe faz companhia. Além da minha preferência pessoal, acredito que esta pintura tem muito a ver com o clima que o ambiente me passa. Agradeço a Maggie por me segurar na escada, ajudar a pintar e por muita, muita paciência comigo.
